Product Use : 
According to the characteristics of corduroy weaving, the coarse, medium, thin strips and jacquard 
corduroy grey cloth floating weft are cut off for subsequent processing process production.

1. The stability of the equipment is more reliable. It is controlled by imported inverter, and mechanical 
braking and electromagnetic braking are integrated .The frame wall panel and key components are 
castings, which ensures the assembly accuracy of the whole machine and eliminates the deformation 
difference of the gravitational force of the steel structure in use. 
2. The production technology has been improved. Due to the stable production of the equipment, the 
processing varieties have been further broadened, and it is suitable for the processing of 1.5~35 
strips/25.4mm corduroy. There are few stops and failures, which ensures the quality of processed 
products. 
3. The production efficiency has been improved. The stepless speed regulation is 2 ~ 15 m / min, which 
is 20 ~ 30% higher than that of similar equipment. 
4. Reduce production energy consumption. The energy consumption of a single unit is 7 KW, which is 1 
~ 2 KW lower than that of similar equipment.
