The corduroy cutting machine is deployed in an industrial manufacturing context. Its sole purpose is to transform a plain, looped textile into the soft, ridged fabric we recognize as corduroy. It is an essential link in the production chain, situated between the weaving looms and the dyeing/finishing departments, where it performs its precise cutting task with high speed and efficiency to meet large-scale production demands. Corduroy cutting machine

An industrial fabric dryer is used to efficiently remove moisture from textiles after wet processes like dyeing or washing. It is a key machine in a textile finishing line, located after washers or chemical applicators.The fabric enters the dryer wet and is guided through a heated chamber. Hot air is forced around or through the fabric to evaporate the water. The process is carefully controlled to achieve a specific moisture level without damaging the material.The result is dry, finished fabric, ready for final treatment or shipping. This ensures product quality and prepares the fabric for the next manufacturing step.

Fabric dryer

A brushing machine is used to raise a soft, fuzzy nap on fabric surfaces. It is commonly applied to fabrics like fleece, wool, or knitted materials to enhance their softness, warmth, and texture. The process involves rotating brushes that gently lift the fibers, creating a plush surface. It is also used to remove loose fibers and impurities, improving the final quality of the textile.

Fabric brushing machine

A singeing machine is used to burn off loose fibers from the surface of fabrics like cotton or wool. This process creates a smooth, clean finish, reduces pilling, and improves the fabric’s appearance before dyeing or printing. It is typically applied right after weaving.

Electric singeing machine

It is suitable for intermediate process cloth inspection and small rolls into large rolls for the next process,such as grey cloth,cloth repair,cloth inspection into rolls,layers,composites,etc.,and can also be used for the production of finished products.
