Product Use: The corduroy grey cloth is dried to remove impurities on the cloth surface and the short cotton is used for cutting fleece.
Main Features of the product:
1.The brackets of the moving components supported by this machine are all connected by bolts of longitudinal and horizontal steel beams, and the structure is simple, and all parts of the whole machine are easy to adjust, maintain and disassemble.
2.There are steam chambers and water collection pipes in the humidity supply chamber of this machine, which play the functions of heat preservation and water collection respectively.
3. The main drive motor of this machine drives the dryer drum to rotate through the transmission gear. In addition to drying fabric, the 6 dryers also serve as cloth guide and cover the width of the grey fabric.
4. The four hard brushes of this machine reciprocate and stagger each other to increase the effect of removing cotton impurities on the cloth surface of the cloth roller is wrapped with spiral burri, and the burr is rotated to one left and one right in order to avoid the phenomenon of cloth escape.
5. There are 4 soft brushes in this machine, each soft brush is equipped with 24-28 small square brushes , the rotation direction between the strips is opposite, and the tightness of the track can be adjusted individually on each belt. The soft brush will remove the cotton miscellaneous from the hard brush to clean out the cloth surface.
6. The machine has a round brush before dispensing the cloth to remove the cotton miscellaneous from the bottom plate of the baked blank cloth.
