3. Main features of the product
The brackets of the moving components supported by this machine are connected by bolts to the longitudinal and horizontal beams, the structure is
simple, and the parts of the whole machine are easy to adjust, maintain and disassemble.
There are steam chambers and water collection pipes in the humidity supply box of this machine, which play the functions of heat preservation and water
collection respectively.
The main drive motor of this machine drives the reducer through the transmission shaft, and the sprocket drives the cloth guide roller and two drying
cylinders to rotate. In addition to drying fabrics, its two dryers also play the role of cloth guide.
The 12 hard brushes of this machine reciprocate and stagger each other, without repeated distribution to reduce vibration and improve the quality of the
bristles; each hard brush can be adjusted with a screw to ensure a balanced pressure distribution on the cloth surface; the surface of the cloth roller is wrapped
with spiral burrs, and the burrs are rotated to one left and one right in order to avoid the phenomenon of escaping cloth
There are 10 soft brushes in this machine, each soft brush is equipped with 22~26 small square brushes, the rotation direction between the strips is
opposite, and the tightness of the track can be adjusted individually on each belt.
This machine adopts 8#C dust collection fan device to vacuum to improve working conditions.
