First, the main features of the equipment
1. SLSM/D270 electric energy cylindrical singeing machine, with industrial power supply as kinetic energy, adopts a new high-efficiency and energy-saving
material silicon carbon rod as the electric heating heating source, and iron-nickel-chromium alloy cylinder as the heating combustion body. The outer diameter
of the fire barrel is 270mm, and the cylinder has 4 straight silicon carbon rods with a diameter of 40mm. And the cold end and heating zone of the cylinder are
protected.
2. We fully apply the characteristics of silicon carbon rods to the research and development of products. The silicon carbon rod is much higher than the resistance
value of the metal conductor with its semiconductor resistance, and its heating temperature is 800~1000 degrees, the higher the resistance temperature, the
smaller the resistance value (the process temperature of the singeing machine is in this range), so it has an obvious energy-saving effect. The heat source of the
silicon carbon rod is radiant heat conduction, and its calorific value loss rate in its radiation cavity is less than 3%.
3. According to the principle of radiant thermal conductivity of silicon carbon rod, we have improved the material and structure of the cylinder, corrected the
alloy ratio of iron, copper, nickel and chromium of the cylinder, and the shape structure and wall thickness of the cylinder have been improved according to the
requirements of thermal conductivity after precise calculation and repeated tests, so that the cylinder is evenly heated, the heat conduction is fast, and the heat
loss is less, which ensures that the cylinder cavity is the saturated melt of the heating radiation of the silicon carbon rod, and the singeing calorific value can be
fully compensated in the singeing process.
4. The torch of the raw fuel oil singeing machine is completely naked singeing, and its singeing working surface is only 20% of the cylinder, and a considerable
part of the calorific value will be lost in the singeing. This equipment adds an insulated box under the singeing of the cylinder to insulate 70% of the non-working
surface of the cylinder, so that the temperature of the cylinder is kept within the set process temperature for a long time in the work, and the frequent tempera
ture adjustment of the silicon carbon rod is reduced, and its power-saving effect is obvious.
5. The heat source of the traditional fuel cylinder singeing machine is the combustion of diesel, which consumes about 30Kg of diesel fuel per hour, and emits 45
cubic meters of carbon dioxide and other gases and pm particulate matter from the combustion chimney. Electric singeing does not have any other fuel, so the
emissions of singeing combusters are eliminated in the singeing, and there is no need to discharge chimneys.
6. The electrical system of this equipment is fully designed according to the singeing principle and the characteristics of the silicon carbon rod, and the whole
process is intelligently controlled, and the actual power consumption of the silicon carbon rod is less than 70% in the range of 800~1000 degrees at the set
temperature, so as to save the power consumption greatly. The unique circuit design ensures the stability and reliable operation of the equipment, and the
operation is convenient and safe.
7. In the process of equipment development, we fully consider the transformation of the original singeing machine by the printing and dyeing enterprise, and
the equipment does its best to design the box according to the structure of the original fuel cylinder singeing machine, and its mechanical transmission and
distribution lines can not be changed, and only the main unit of singeing is replaced. The transformation cost is only one-fifth of the whole machine, and the
transformation time is only 3 days. It not only gives full play to the role of old equipment, but also reduces production costs, improves product quality, and
eliminates singeing fuel emissions, which has the application effect of killing multiple birds with one stone.
